The Founder Story

Pressure creates diamonds.

The story does not begin in Atlanta. It begins in Cleveland — with a group called Third Degree, a hotline that filled with shout-outs, and the sound of a neighborhood recognizing itself in the music.

Harold Carter carried that recognition into Atlanta, refined his voice, found new purpose, and founded Dirty Diamonds Cartel in the pandemic era — an independent label built on unity, loyalty, and collective discipline.

That foundation became Dirty Diamonds Consortium: a broader creative enterprise documenting music, brand, and legacy.
